I had my surgery 5/31. Starting weight 215, currently 175 and have been stuck here for about 2-3 months. I changed workouts, foods, everything. Drinking so much more water than ever in my life too, but the scale just isn’t budging. Anyone have any tips? I eat mostly protein and some vegetables. Hardly any carbs. I don’t eat too late at night and I’m relatively active because I work 2 jobs.
Someone, anyone, help!
