i cant lose weight

Hi everyone.. I'm new here, my name is yuneli and I'm have sergury in march..i stared with 314 poun and one of the requests is that I have to lose some pound.. but is not working .. I being doing some change but is not working instead I'm gain weigh, I have 328 now

.. and it's frustrating and I'm mad at myself .. but I'm tired of diet.. plis gave me some advice my nutritionist say this groupis good
