Pain meds

I have a lot of pain from back,knees and fibromyalgia and I am probably going to have surgury in Oct to mid Nov. I take Aleve a lot plus other rx pain meds, but I'm nervous about not being able use Aleve because of it being a unsaid. Has anyone else run into this issue and what was the out come.
