Post op weight

Had my surgery Sept. 6, 2017. Day of surgery I weighed 196 lbs, today I weighed at 190.2 lbs. Is that good or bad? I think it's a little slow was hoping to be 20 lbs lighter by what little I was taking in.

A lot depends on your starting weight. The less you weigh the slower you will lose. This is the time to let your new "tool" help you learn healthier habits.

Just keep following the program, walk as much as you can, no carbs, high protein, lots of calorie free liquids and no liquids within a 1/2 hr before/after eating (or drinking a protein shake)

It may feel slow now but when you look back, you will be amazed!
