Bubbly @ 4am

Hey all,

I am waking every morning at 4 am and have this bubbly sensation coming up my throat. There's nothing but air with it. It feels like I'd imagine carbonation rising up a glass of something bubbly. No pain in my throat or anything. I do feel pretty hungry. I wonder if it could be "heart burn" but there is nothing burning nor any pain. I've never had heartburn in my life, so I don't know how to tell if it's indeed heartburn. Any thoughts?
