Feeling accomplised

4 weeks out. Just FINISHED what I prepared (1/4C thinned out refried beans, 1 medium poached egg, 1 teaspoon enchilada sauce, sprinkle of LF Mexican cheese blend...yum!) The only thing I've "finished" in a month other than protein drinks & feelin' fine.
