Keloid scars after Plastics

Hello All, just a quick question, I on occasion get Keloid scars after scratches, bug bites and etc., So I was wondering if anyone else deals with them and how they affected your healing after Plastics, did you heal well or did you heal will a large Keloid?, What should I expect, am prepping to talk to my surgeon about plastics but would like to have an idea of what to expect for healing/scarring etc. Thank you All!
