Got Refilled!!!!!!!!!

Well with the right Doc & 1 stick I am back to 1.5 cc in my 4 cc band. He pull out less than a cc so that is why I could eat almost anything. So far in a week I have lost 6 of the 8 pounds I gain back!!!!! Now that the weather as cooled off I am starting my walking program back.

I will get another fill first of Nov to put me back to where I should have been.
