Inspire Vitamins?

Does anyone on here take Inspire 3+3 vitamins? I am 8 days Post sleeve and debating on getting them. Need direction on capsules vs chewables? Worth the $$??

    I have tried both...I prefer the chewables...great flavor and they are worth the $$ because I don't need a bunch of separate vitamins....it's easy! 3 in the morning, 3 in the evening!

    Are they hard to chew? Silly question I knew but some chewables are hard as a rock to chew
