I am 11.5 weeks out and it has begun with me as well. I am doing all I am supposed to do. so my resolve is to get a new hairstyle to work with me while I go thru this phase. I am going with a short angled bob.

Getting all of your protein minimizes hair loss

My nutritionist said the hair loss around 3-6 months is from the trauma of surgery and the few days of very low calories right after surgery. (nothing you can do about it) Hair loss after 6 months is not getting enough protein in your diet daily.
