Cravings

I need help I am 4 months out and my cravings are coming back with vengeance! I didn't have cravings like this before my surgery. I am finding out a lot of things about this surgery I wasn't told about and I'm a little upset and even in my research some things never came up.. and now I need help with my cravings can anyone suggest anything plus I have stalled out for 3 weeks with no weight loss can anyone advise me I'm frustrated and angry [emoji20]
