Need advice!

I will be 8 weeks out on Tuesday 8/16. I've been at same weight since 6 weeks. Now that I am able to eat regular foods I am finding it hard to eat right. Surgery was last hope for me and I don't want to fail. Started excercising more and hasn't changed anything on scale. Does anyone have any thoughts on things I can do?

Just eat protein and veggies.

Don't you have a plan from your Dr? Follow it. Not like a diet, but like a prescription that your life depends on.

Exercise will do nothing if you still eat bad. You have seen this first hand. Follow the Dr.'s plan like @OutsideMatchInside said. If you are having trouble following it, talk to your surgeon. Lots of people on here talk about how they have no hunger or have to force themselves to eat. That never happened with me, I still have cravings and am hungry. You just have to make the right choices. It is the only way for long-term success.
