New to this group!

Hey all, I'm not sure I am even doing this correctly lol but I just downloaded the app today and am trying to see if I'm doing things correctly! I am 11 months post op gastric bypass. I and 362 the day of my surgery and today I weigh 218. What's your story? What's your biggest struggle? I'm almost to my 1 year mark and I would do the surgery over again if I had to. Best decision ever!!!

Wow what a great story!! Thank you so much for sharing!!! I noticed you said decaf coffee, is that still a rule you follow?

I limited myself to only decaf coffee for the first year and a half. There are two phases to weight loss surgery. These are the weight loss phase and the maintenance phase. These two phases are very different and require different strategies. This article describes the approach I used in the maintenance phase. http://www.breadandbutterscience.com/Surgery2.pdf
