Weight loss

Hi everyone I am today 14 days postop I finally decided to weigh myself and I am down 24.5 pounds I was wondering if anybody can tell me if this is a good weight loss for 14 days hope you all are well

If you're following a good diet, getting adequate protein, and getting enough vitamins/supplements, I'd say it's fantastic. What I would not say is "any weight loss is good", because that's far from the truth.

Congrats on making it through surgery and starting to lose weight!

Please don't compare your weight loss to anyone else as it can impact your emotions. Everyone is different. Some lose fast and some lose slow due to a variety of factors. If you're following your surgeon's plan then you're where you're supposed to be.
