Same here. Also on the 8th. Today was a little better. Drink while standing (walking). Gravity is your friend. I'm getting in a 1oz cup every 20 minutes. I drank my first shake this morning. It took over 2 hrs to get in the 11oz. My goal is to get in 4oz or more per hour tomorrow.


I don't force it. I get in maybe an ounce per hour. Majority of the time it's less because I get full off liquids fast.

I drink while sitting up.


Crystal light if flavoring is an issue sugar free popsicles , chew on ice cubes, broth, & sugar free jello variety in my experience does help a lot. I'm day 7 and I still have issues but I just try to drink as constantly as possible and measure the amount of water I can swallow each without overrunning m tummy and it seems to work. Every day gets better though so just try to drink as much as you can
