1 or 2 surgeries

I'm having my revision done on Monday 1st May and I'm suppose to have it in 1 surgery, however I'm aware that sometimes it can't be done for one reason or another. How many people went to have it all done in 1 surgery but woke up to find out they couldn't? And why? I'm so so nervous they won't be able to and I'll be without the sleeve and the band [emoji30]
