Too much water?

Is it possible that I'm stretching my pouch?

I accidentally sipped around 27-30 oz in about a two hour time period... I'm 7 days out post opp...

Today I've had

2 protein drinks (20oz water total)

37 ounces of water

1/2 cup Greek oikos.

I'm trying to eat a 1/4 cup soup but Its not happening. It's 4:49. I drank the water between 2-4
