I noticed something in my approval ether today. I had surgery on Monday and stayed two nights in the hospital due to nausea. I noticed today the paperwork only preautherized me for a one night stay. Am I going to get a huge bill for the one night? Or do they usually allow the extra night? I'm so worried. I already have to pay my max out of pocket of $3500 which is a hardship for me because I still owe money from the preop stuff since it was done before January.
