Im 35 days post op. Ive only lost about 20lbs. Worried im not loosing enough. My starting weight April 2016 was 276, surgery weight was 218 February 1, 2017. Today im at 202, what gives. Only eating 800 cal average, getting my water and at least 60grams of proteins. I can eat 3-5oz meals average. Plus I exercise 4-5 days for 30mins. Is this not enough, or am i on a stall from the beginning? Any advice, females who can me a mentor

Joining this convo. I'm 2.5 hrs away from Seattle. We just moved from Federal Way to Portland last week. Maybe a PNW meet up would be fun.
