Poland/Europe

My best friend is now living in Poland and before she moved we were both researching having lap band surgery. well I am still on my way but she has stopped because of the move and getting a job and all of the good "life" stuff. Since I have been talking with her everyday about what I am doing she is starting to really think about it again. So I have been trying to search on the internet for any info on lap band surgeons in Poland and I have had a hard time finding anything. Does anyone know of any international websites that help find info in Poland - Warsaw - or in Europe? Any info that is given would be greatly appreciated...THANKS!!!
