Meal Plan 1+ Year Post Op

I had a RYN August 11, 2015 and so far I feel like I'm doing okay but I continue to seek the input of others on their meal plans. Daily how many calories are you taking in? How much food in 1 setting? How often are you exercising? I would love to talk to people who are in this stage. [emoji4]
