Hey everyone I had my rny oct.2016. I desperately need to hit my personal goal weight of 165lbs and I'm 185 now. I seriously need a positive motivator as well as kick my butt into high gear. Being honest I do not meal prep I try to watch my portions and I have become more conscious of what's going into my body as well as reading labels. After my surgery I was doing pretty well with at least getting out and walking for exercise. I honestly could not tell you the last time I did. I have however just signed up for a gym membership and plan on hitting my goals but I'm realistic and I know there wi be bad days. In those times I need the most push. Someone who's inspiring and not afraid to hold me accountable and I will do the same. I am in the state of Maryland and I would love to have a buddy here but I am open to anyone. #keeppushing#
