Dumb Me

OK so I decided I was going to take one of my ProCare vitamins. Not chewable! They are well over the size I'm suppose to take. I feel it stuck and uncomfortable. I'm scared to go to sleep!!!

I'm 2 weeks post op!

Someone told me to use Flintstone chewables but I'm not sure if that's got all I need in it? Plus I don't know that would taste any better to me either. I've been thinking of checking out the vitamin patches too.

Flintstones complete are great but you need one in the am and one in the pm

I have procare capsules, week 1 mixed it with applesauce. Week 2 fwd, drink it with hot tea, disdolves instantly. Test it in a cup of hot tea.
