Pooping a lot ?

I had a rny on Dec 2nd and just skated through the whole thing. Very little pain or discomfort and no problems with the liquid diet. I'm actually finding it hard to eat more solid foods. But for not eating much of anything it seems like I'm pooping an awful lot. Is this normal?

That's what i said this morning! Today's morning ritual had me scouring Google with that same question....apparently we have a bunch of unmoved waste in our colons & other organs in our body makes waste, not just our meals & shakes. #DigestionEducation

Hahaha...great question! Yeah, it's fine, like CStoned says, there's other waste our bodies get rid of, as well as even if you're mainly taking in fluids, that too still creates poop. After reading how many people have trouble with constipation after surgery, I personally feel amazingly lucky to still be regular after surgery, phew, just hope it lasts!

I take 2 colace in the a.m. and p.m. to avoid the constipation but still had a little bit of it afterwards.
