Help I need to be talked down

I am four weeks post surgery was doing great today has been a rough day for some reason all I wanted do is eat even though I'm not hungry I just want to taste the foods and when I do it's painful. I'm looking for encouragement and suggestions to keep my mind off this obsessive mood today

Yes do other things. Take food out of your every thought. Remember your a fresh post... it will hurt for a minute eating these your not suppose to. You're still healing.Do you have any sugar free Popsicles in your freezer.??

When you think you're hungry take in your Water or Protein shake..I'm 4weeks on Friday and I felt that way yesterday..but eating small meals helps me...but all else fail sipping water while reading/watching TV helps me ..good luck..by the way stars coloring book is awesome!!! :D yeah kids think I'm a nerd! Lmao

Go shopping on line, look at all the pretty clothes, and shoes. That always helped me.
