Tips for getting all your water in

Hi everyone! Couldn't find a straight answer in the search bar to this question. Is there an app or an awesome Water bottle that you love that helps you get your water in? Upcoming surgery and contemplating how we can succeed on every level. Wondering if I shouldn't set a timer on my phone every 15 minutes? Is there an easier way maybe one of you guys now?

I drink 16 oz when I first wake up. Then I try to be sure to drink 16 oz before lunch. This way, I am halfway through and I have the whole afternoon, evening, and night to sip away.

My surgeon said I can drink up until I have a meal, but not for 45 min after. So I will almost always finish my Water before I eat.

Hope you get some better responses, cause I'll take some more advice as well!

How long does it take you to drink those 16 ounces? I know we're not supposed to go because it could hurt, I just want to get as much Water and me as possible.

And by the way is there a way to edit your responses? I always use text to talk and it always messes up my words LOL
