New insurance

Insurance is changing at the first of the year. December will be my 6th month of supervised diet as my old insurance (Anthem BCBS Ohio) required. Now there are all new requirements with Meritain/Aetna, my new insurance that is effective January 1, 2017

Has anyone been through this before ?

I am so worried and frustrated.

    I'm going through the same thing. I found out before what my new insurance will need and started the supervised 6 month dieting. The new insurance said as long as everything is documented they will accept it. Call Aetna meritain and see if they will accept the documents. Also what company offers awesome insurance that covers bariatric on both plans?!!
