Hiatal hernia/gastritis/dilatation! is it normal?

17 months post op with band revision to sleeve.. egd results showed a 1.2cm hiatal hernia, mild gastritis and esophagal dilation. Has anyone experienced this? I am very concerned because sleeve is only 17 months post op and i am having issues fairly soon.. i also have a PH monitor to track my acid levels for the next 96 hrs..
