Hungry

I am a year out and have been doing great. I have lost 150 lbs.

For some reason the last 2 weeks I am hungry all of the time which is something I haven't had a problem with since surgery.

I try drinking water first but am still hungry after.

I have to get this under control.

    There are two phases to RNY gastric bypass surgery. These are the "Weight Loss" phase and the "Maintenance" phase. They are different phases and the approach to use is different between these two phases.
