Duke pre-op?

I'm having my 1st appointment on Tuesday with Dr Daniel Guerron at Duke Center for Metabolic and Weight Loss Surgery. I'm curious if anyone has used him or anyone else at their practice.

Also, what is the pre-op prep at Duke in regards to the liquid diet before surgery? How long? What is allowed?
