Prayers needed and welcome!

I spoke to my HR department today about them allowing our insurance company to allowed me to receive bariatric services and they said they look into it as also check to see if I can purchase the insurance rider to cover it!!! I'm so hopeful they'll value me enough to let me have it! Otherwise, I'll have to cash out most of my 401k.
