Having trouble with soft food stage.

Hi, I'm three weeks out and on my soft food stage lots of ground meats and high Protein foods. However I'm having a tough time everything I try to eat something it hurts even if it's the smallest bite and I do take my time. Anyone else have/had this issue?

I had trouble with ground meats for a while. It may just be too early. Try something softer like fish, cheese, refried Beans, etc. Remember that if it doesn't work this week, it may well be ok next week. Good Luck! Hang in there!

Also, don't give up on any foods that are a problem today because a month or two or six down the road that food may work for you. I have only had one food (eggs) that make me sick.
