Thank you so much! I still need to lose about 30 pounds, but I'm progressing and I'm so happy!!

So I walk around 14 miles a day at work, plus I drink ALOT of Water, Powerade Zero, & Vitamin Water Zero..

I also followed the eating plan EXACTLY how I was instructed- never cheated until recently. I basically just followed my surgeon & nutritonist's guidelines, and Boom! Here I am

I'm an on call EKG technician and I transport patients to and from their units to testing sites or operations. I work at the largest hospital in PA so I get a lot of walking in.
