still waiting

It has been weeks with me trying to get in contact with the Dr. office to see what else needs done in order to get this scheduled. Finally I called them again yesterday & a lady that is the new Dr. assistant was very nice & helpful. She pulled my chart when I explained I believe all my requirements were done 2 weeks ago. She verified that everything looks checked off & that she would have my file put to the top of the stack & someone should be calling me to schedule. Do to the run around I feel I have received from this office I asked when they would be calling me. She said they would call by the end of the week. So if I don't hear back by tomorrow then I'm calling tomorrow afternoon.

I'm really trying to be patient but it's driving me crazy!!! Seems there is a lot of disorganization. But hopefully I will be able to post that I am scheduled very soon!!
