July 5th surgery!

Hey guys, just curious how all you guys are handling today with only ONE day left?!?!

All though I'm looking forward to being on the other side of this and get the healing processes on the way I'm pretty nrevous :o

I'm finding myself very nauseous because of nerves:-(

Any ideas on how to keep your mind off of tomorrow ;-)

@@stephwv, As far as pain it really hasn't been that bad. Getting the Protein in daily is goibg to be a struggle I'm noticing. I've been at it all day. I'm just not hungry. I have

three different Protein shakes and there all disgusting :o

I have noticed I've been pretty tired not to bad tho.

How are you doing?

Any suggestions on the protein?
