Need $ for Surgery

My insurance refuses to pay for the surgery as no matter what my doctor says they say it is a cosmetic procedure. I applied for a loan at a couple local banks but no one will give me the $20,000 I need because my credit score is low from all my student loans. Anyone have ideas? Please help me!! I need this surgery!!
