The Size Game

I just had to share -- I am now shopping for my pants in the "Misses" selection instead of "Women's." Two pair of J.Jill XL pants just arrived, and they are loose on me. I now wear a Misses size large in pants (first time in close to 20 years). I am almost embarrassed by how happy this makes me.

I have always been busty (and the girls have not gone anywhere yet, even 90 pounds down), and I have a tummy, so I am still wearing 1X on top. But I love showing off the shape of my legs.

I do wish I had a bum. It's difficult finding pants that fit correctly in the caboose. But I love my legs again, and that is so happy-making!

I know I can't be alone. And I know I will be thrilled when I can buy a size 16, 14, 12. Looking forward to it.

:)

It is an amazing feeling when you can fit into clothes size you haven't seen in a long time. Congratulations!
