Small Appliances and Kitchen Gadgets

Today my old blender decided it won't be going on this weight loss journey with me.... I'm thinking of getting a Ninja to replace it, but that got me wondering - what small appliances and kitchen gadgets do you find to be particularly helpful with your post-surgery food prep?

I love my Ninja. Turned in like a year's worth of Dave and Busters credits for it (I'm not joking lol). Bought a small 2qt crockpot for when I'm cleared for chicken.

I have a old Weight Watchers digital scale that weighs in pounds and grams. I love my Instant Pot. Can anyone give a suggestion for a really good air fryer?
