Fidelis

Just wondering if anyone has Fidelis NY or Fidelis through Medicaid in New York.... how long did it take to be approved?

and does fidelis stipulate that you have to lose weight in order to be approved?

    I saw another post where u said that fidelis approved in 4 days but did they require that u look weight prior to the surgery?
