I have priority Health and have just started my journey. You need to have at least a BMI of 35 and one comorbid condition or just a BMI over 40. At least for my priority Health plan. I don't think all plans are the same though

That sound about right from what I have read. Do u have to do 6 months of supervised visits? I do.

Yes. I had my physical and meet with the dietitian this week.
