Were you able to go thru 1199? I am just beginning this process and have 1199 as well.

I am wondering how much of a hassle they will give me and if I should consider changing.

    I used 1199 . They paid 100% . No co pays at all even for the pre ops . Although my doctor tried to give me a secret bill I fought it and didn’t have to pay it . 1199 is excellent.

    Hey I have 1199 too. Do they require 3 months nutritional visits or 6?
