Massachusetts/3 days post-op

Hi, I just had my surgery on Wednesday (3/2) I came home yesterday (Fri 3/4) & thew up twice. I think it was from the milk & Carnation instant Breakfast. I kept Jello down today, so far. I keep getting brief moments of ' omg, what have I done to myself" . I know it'll get better, just have to e careful with what I eat. Any suggestions?

Are you using the no surgar added Carnation Instant Breakfast? If not you're body isn't likely taking well to the "excessive" carbs.

Other options include low car Protein drinks or concentrated protein like NewWhey. This is what I was on for wk1 post op.

Also, are you sipping your liquids taking in no more than 1 oz/ 15 mins/
