Feeling very blah...

Maybe TMI but today has been a terrible day for me. I have had gas pains and terrible gas all day long. My stomach feels swollen and I feel miserable. When I get the pains they feel like contractions they hurt so bad! I am 9 weeks post op, down 54 lbs but really wish I felt better than this. Anyone else???

Hey...I'm a year and half post op. Gas is very normal and can be very uncomfortable. Try using gas x (ask doctor first) also try lifting your arms over your head for chest gas. Walk around the block for intestinal gas...so you can fart: )

Just had surgery 2-22. Came home from hospital 2-24. Trying hard to get my water in but it's difficult. Have some belly tenderness and pain where the cuts were made but not enough that I need pain meds. I am laying on a heating pad and that has helped with gas as well as gas-x. Will be seeing the Dr on 3-8 to remove the staples. Hope you're feeling better soon. If you're not sure you should definitely call your doctor. ????

Definity try Gas-x or Beano. I had bloating an pains similar to what you're describing and Gas-x calmed symptoms down by that evening.
