Pics (and more) in profiles

Is there anyway to allow us to have 'more' to our profiles, such as a multiple pictures, and a large area in which to write about ourselves? Kind of like how ObesityHelp's profiles work... ?

    Is it just "me", or do all the buttons come up "blank" in the Journal area? Outlined box with blue 'x' in it? (missing button images)
