Acti gall and diarrhea

Hi all . I'm 11 days post op and down 20lbs. All was going well until yesterday when I noticed that everything I ate/drank just started coming right through me. I was including miralax in my water just so I wouldn't get constipated but I stopped several days ago when I stopped the pain meds . I am still on liquids so my foods are protein shakes and soup. As soon as I eat, a few minutes later my stomach hurts and to the bathroom I go. Should I be worried or does this happen sometimes?

Also is anyone else taking gallstone prevention medicine?

Right after RNY surgery, I noticed that I became lactose intolerant. If I drank milk it produced instant diarrhea. After about 2 months this condition changed and I was able to drink milk again.
