:car:hi everyone, well I have been reading my notebook that I was given and well it is eye opening reading for usre. Always finding out something else you are required to do after surgery. I will be given a perscription to go to the on site PT classes and have someone hover over me as I work out and it is free but I have my oun gym here at home. I ahve the treadmill, a gazell low impact glider that is wonderful for I can even get to the troubled inner thighs. I do pilates and a few other things all in my own home it is not like I live close to the clinic that I am going to and I just can't get there every day what to do what to do it will work out I am sure of that, maybe I can take the script to the local gym in my area and maybe they can help me if they know what I am supposed to be doing. Did anyone else get a script to a PT exercise class if so how was it and what all do you do? Let nosey me know.
Thanx Sharon:car:
