9cc Band - Advice Please!

Hi There,

I have a band that was fitted in March and it has a 9cc capacity.

I was just wondering if anyone else here has similar and if so, how many CC's did it take till you felt good restriction?

Also, I have been reading about bandsters finding that magic 'sweet spot'. I wanted to ask, once you hit that spot, did you ever need any further fills or was that it?
