One year out!

Well.......actually one year and a month out from surgery. I still can't believe the person I see today. Took this picture about 10 minutes ago. To think, this time last year I weighed 222 pounds. Today I stepped on scale for first time in a month. I weighed 138 today. This has been so much work but I love it. Eight pounds away from my last goal. post-232531-14465056092883_thumb.jpg

Be very, very proud of what you've accomplished - which includes totally rocking the plaid shirt!

  • Not a bit. Made me laugh! Thank you.

Congrats, you look fabulous! And I love those boots!

Wow, you look amazing! You don't have to answer this if you don't want to, I'll understand but I'm VERY curious, what size are you? You look like a 4-6.

Thank you very much. Oh it's okay. Don't mind answering. I am mostly in size 4. I have one pair of jeans that are a 6 the rest are 4's. I have two pair of size 2 Capri that fit well. I started at s size 14/16. And size 2x tops.

That's totally inspiring! You look great! I'm in a 12 (started at tight 18), and hoping to get to an 8-6 ballpark. I'm 61/2 months out, I'm hoping to make it by a year! You've inspired me!

Aww that's awesome. You are doing fantastic. I was a slow loser. But was steady. Still have 8 more pounds to go and then I'm done. You can do this. We are all a work In progress.

I totally agree. I am almost 6 post. you look awesome!

You look great!! How often do you work-out??

  • Author

I started out working out 5 days a week. Now I only work out 4 days a week. Decided to go back to school for my PH.D. So time gets in the way. ????

@@kimmyco Congratulations on the transformation, and even more so for embarking on your Ph. D.!
