Hey I'm looking for gastric bypass buddies in Birmingham UK to maybe meet up with for both support and guidance. I'm 3 weeks post surgery, having a really good recovery no problems drinking plenty and getting my protein as required. If anyone is interested either local or wants to chat online then it would be lovely to talk to people who are on the same Journey. I've not told friends and family about my Surgery and Don't plan to either. ????
