Stuck! Help!

I made the mistake of reheating scrambled eggs and I don't think it was mushy enough. I chewed really well but I felt some come back up and it feels stuck in my throat. I wanna just throw up and I'll feel better.

Anyone been through this?

Help.

Walking is the only thing that ever helped a stuck feeling for me.

I hate throwing up, so I never tried for that kind of relief.

I agree, walking is the only way that helped me when I ate too much. I learned my lesson early on and I now immediately stop eating when I get the first feeling of fullness.

I usually take some papaya enzyme and try walking, id that doesn't work, I just force myself to throw up. It's better than being in pain and miserable for hours.
